A chief engineer of Department No.9, PHD Shafagat Mahmudova was elected a member of editorial advisory council  “Review of Computer Engineering Research”   journal.

Review of Computer Engineering Research (RCER) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal and aims to publish articles, review articles, short communications, etc. in all major themes pertaining to advances in Computer Engineering.
