The action plan of Department No. 18 of the Institute of Information Technology for 2019 was discussed at of ANAS. Head of department Anar Semidov presented the plan of the department. The head of the department spoke about the work to be done on "Application areas of fractal graphics and development perspectives". 

He also informed about the upcoming work in the direction of scientific-pedagogical and scientific-organizational activities, the participation of department's staff in international and national conferences, publication of scientific articles in prestigious journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, promotion of scientific and practical results in the media.

Then there was an exchange of views on the action plan of the department and numerous questions were answered.

In conclusion, Academician Rasim Aliguliyev voiced his suggestions and comments regarding the action plan of the department and also stressed the importance of strengthening the scientific activities of the department.
