The scientist said that there is no regulatory framework in Azerbaijan that regulates the use of drones: "Experience of European and CIS countries gives us grounds for adoption of the relevant law and various normative documents to ensure its implementation. A person using an unmanned aerial vehicle must realize his responsibility must realize his or her responsibility for its operation and use, because such devices may be harmful to the community when it is in the hands of the offender. People should not forget that drones can create new opportunities but also create dangers."
