Next scientific seminar of Department No.16 was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS. The researcher of the Institute, Yusif Sadiyev, presented the report on "Application of web analytical technologies in e-governance" and gave information about data collection, the role of web analysts, application areas of e-governance and analytical problems.

E-governance involves the use of information technology to improve government management by increasing information flow across the state.

He presented the scheme of data collection in e-governance. He noted that the e-government's web infrastructure is formed on the basis of the web-resource of every organization operating in the public sector: "There is an online interactive communication between organizations and citizens in the formalized web infrastructure."

According to him, the analysis of web resources in the national domain zone of the country is directly related to its national security. Leading countries with experience in this area attach great importance to building their own statistical systems.

Discussions were held around the report, questions were answered.
