A microscopic-sized biomedical robot, created by a group of scientists working at the University of North Carolina and Duke University, has the ability to capture

New robots are on one side of a massive form consisting of polymeric metal cylinders, AZƏRTAC reports. As a result, it is possible to control their movement with the aid of the magnetic field, as well as to force the robots to form objects in a more complex structure that has the ability to hold objects and move in one direction.

The creators of the device believe that in the future miniature robots will enable physicians to examine individual cells, including tumour cells of the patients.
