The device is the brainchild of the Schwabe holding company. The main feature of the device is the ability to work in a variety of conditions. The camera can be used in poor visibility (smoke, dust, fog), as well as in the dark. The device also detects thermal flares.

The "all-seeing" camera of Russian design can find application in many civil spheres, 3dnews.ru reports. Among the potential areas of use is the verification of the authenticity of money, the determination of food quality, the diagnosis of solar batteries, monitoring agricultural land, monitoring oil and gas systems and emissions. Moreover, the camera can be used in medical devices, when navigating sea and river vessels or for monitoring the wildlife.

Development can also be involved in the field of security. The fact is that the camera of the short-wave infrared range makes it possible to detect the contents of opaque bags and bags.

In addition, the equipment is able to solve non-trivial tasks: to establish a real hair colour and overhead whether a moustache, beard or whiskers. Thus, special services will be able to identify criminals and terrorists.
