The semiannual report of the Training Innovation Center (TIM) of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS for 2017 was discussed. Head of TIC Rasmiyya Mahmudova informed about the scientific-research work carried out in the centre during the reporting period. She spoke about research methods on algorithms for the evaluation of individuals according to information culture criteria, analysis of the integration of intellectual game technology into the teaching of informatics and gesture language problems, and published articles on topics.

Speaking about the scientific-innovation and practical activities of the Center, the head of the TIC noted that the PhD studies on the subject of informatics and examinations were carried out in the republic. She emphasized that distance learning and exams for the PhD STUDENTS living in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Ganja region were organized.

According to R.Makhmudova, the Center conducts doctoral and admission examinations for doctoral studies, entrance and speciality examinations to institute's doctorate, as well as a high-level organization of courses and exams on general subjects for ANAS's master students.

Referring to the development of international cooperation, R.Makhmudova said that work has been done to establish cooperation with Microsoft Azerbaijan, and several employees of the institute have got Microsoft's certificate.

She also informed about the work done by the department staff on the promotion of scientific-pedagogical and scientific-organizational, scientific-practical results in Mass Media and the organization of advertising-marketing work.

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
