Sector chief of institute   Zulfiyya  Hanifayeva who presented the report, informed about  software market, problems with the software licensing, the requirements for modern software and so on. She said that PT indicates software products in the use of certain electronic devices, documents and procedures that are necessary their operating.

Software market forms the segments of the IT market with information technology (IT) equipment market and consulting services, she noted. Software market is divided into applied software market, development tools market of programs, systems and infrastructure software market sectors.

Speaking about the requirements for modern software, software should be accessible thorough any ICT vehicle regardless its location. Also, licensing mechanism  should be  changed in accordance with the wishes of the users.

 In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
