Samsung Electronics has announced a computer 4K-monitor U32H850, built on quantum dots. The new model is addressed to fans of games.

Samsung-developed displays based on quantum dot technology differ from traditional LCD panels with higher contrast, significantly lower power consumption and better color rendering. The manufacturer claims that technology is used for environmentally friendly quantum materials without cadmium, dailycomm.ru reports.

The 31.5-inch screen features a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels (Ultra HD, 4K), viewing angles of 178 degrees vertically and horizontally, with a brightness of 250 cd / sq. M, a contrast ratio of 3000: 1 and a matrix response time of 4 ms (in gray to gray mode).

The technical equipment of the device also includes digital interfaces HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, Mini DisplayPort 1.2 and four USB 3.0 ports. Implemented the technology of dynamic vertical synchronization AMD FreeSync and Flicker-Free flicker elimination function.
