According to hi-news.ru , inside the Lightform housing is a high resolution camera, thanks to which it fixes everything. The main thing is to connect the gadget to the projector, after which it will begin to scan each part of the room in detail, marking each unevenness, ledge or piece of furniture. Having completed this work, Lightform will be able to output different information on the scanned surfaces.

The presentation of Lightform turned out to be quite interesting: the clock, for example, turned into an "intelligent" device, prompting when it's time to go out and displaying other useful information, and pictograms hinting at the owner were projected onto the plant pots, which would not hurt to water the flowers. With this device, nothing prevents you from watching movies on the wall or flipping the Internet directly on the bathroom door, and you can, for example, project moving points onto the floor, turning Lightform into an entertainment system for a cat or dog.

A nice variation of the augmented reality is obtained! Developers plan to begin collecting pre-orders for the device this summer, but the price is not yet ready to be announced.
