The next seminar was held at the Institute of Information Technologyof ANAS. Head of the department, PhD, associate professor Yadigar Imamverdiyev made a presentation on the effective organization of the research work. Scientist firstly gave information about the "Scientific research basis" subject syllabus which is taught to the masters this semester. He noted that when program was drawn up a number of leading universities programs were studied, opinions of the high school students about these programs on social networks were considered. In the program teaching theoretical knowledge about understanding of science, social functions of science, to analyze issues of historical development and scientific ethics, scientific research types, methods and methodologies, the selection of research topics, planning research, hypothesis formulation, scientometrics and others are planned. In addition to the sources of scientific information processing technologies and gain practical skills under the rules of academic writing, research review article on the subject of consultations on the development of research on the topic and the audience will be making presentations.

By analyzing the factors that determine the productivity of scientific research, Yadigar Imamverdiyev gave detailed information about components of intellectual capacity, a number of successful professional competence, individual psychological characteristics of researchers.
