A semiannual  report of  No. 15 department at the Institute of Information Technology was delivered. Head of department, PhD in Technical  Sciences Masuma Mammadova presented a report. Problems of E-medicine formation in the direction of artificial intelligence and social information are investigated, development of scientific-methodological basis intellectual support decision-making in the management of human resources are developed, she stressed.

Scientific researches in the direction of intellectual management of labor supply and demand of IT professionals in labor market were summarized, head of department said. Development of models and methods of e-university activity concept, application problems of Azerbaijani language in the virtual space are continued, she noted.

According to her, international scientific cooperation with the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Selcuk University of Turkey, the European Commission, the European Training Foundation, the World Health Organization and associations specialized in e-medicine field, are continued.

6 articles were published in prestigious scientific journals,16 report were presented in international and  2 national-level conferences, reporter said.

Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliyev highlighted the activity of  No. 15 department in organizing First republican scientific-practical conference on "Multidisciplinary problems of E-Health".

In the end, there was an exchange of views on the subject, many questions were answered.
