The rector of Qafqaz University, Professor Ahmet Sanich gave information about implementation of the principles and scope of European Union "Horizon 2020" program. Qafqaz University supports all events implemented under this program, A.Sanich noted. He stated that the event is of great importance to expanding cooperation and to ensure the participation of scientists and specialists in various projects.

Afterward the head of the International Relations Department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Ph.D. Vugar Musayev made a presentation on "Connect Eastern Partnership" project, the possibilities for cooperation in education and science in Europe ". “Horizon 2020” is the largest research and innovation program in Europe, and 80 billion euros of funds involved in the project, he said. The project played an important role in the implementation of unique ideas and scientific achievements, he said.
