The next meeting of Dissertation Council of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS discussed the dissertation on the "Development of mechanisms for the creation of a modern e-library network" by Elchin Mammadov to get scientific degree of PhD in technical sciences on the specialty 3356.01 - "Library, bibliography, and bibliography study". The plaintiff gave detailed information about the urgency, purpose of the dissertation and a set of issues to achieve the goal.

Analysis of the technical, personnel, licenses, language and other problems resulting from the application of library systems, the standards for the creation of e-library information systems, copyright protection in this environment, the prevention of information security problems, the importance of establishing an e-library information system in the country and variety of other contemporary issues are the factors characterizing the relevance of the research, he mentioned.

Then, the discussions were held on the dissertation. Numerous questions were answered.

The reviewers of the dissertation work - Doctor of philological sciences PhD Aybaniz Kangarli and PhD Nigar Ismailova made comments and suggestions on the work.

At the end of the thesis was recommended to be submitted for the next stage.
