Reconstruction of scientific organizations with the application of information and communication technologies is of great importance to increase the efficiency of their management and to coordinate scientific-research works, and to facilitate their integration into the global scientific community. The national operator on research and education networks AzScienceNet plays an important role in resolving these issues by providing high-quality Internet services to the institutes and organizations of ANAS that enables the integration into the science world.

Employee of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS Mammadrasul Yagubov made a report on "e-Library service on AzScienceNet network." Furthermore, AzScienceNet offers Wi-Fi, Eduroam, Cloud Computing, monitoring, and information security, hosting, distance education and other services to the employees of ANAS, he added. Solution ways of configuration, security, scaling and flexibility of electronic library system based on AzScienceNet platform are provided on the network. He also talked about well-known electronic libraries, e-library system applications, e-library system equipment, and e-library infrastructure of AzScienceNet.
