The following scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS. The sector chief of the institute, PhD Nigar Ismailova made a presentation about the use of on-line services of E-Library Center.

The center uses 3M technologies to ensure the security of information resources its turnover, including self-service of the readers, and applies Alephino Library Management System of Exlibris Company for the preparation of resource metadata, order management and so on. Resource classification is carried out by the classification system of the US Library of Congress.

After the registration the readers are introduced the library card, Mrs.Ismayılova mentioned, with the help of which the reader may use the library resources through Self Check device without the assistance of librarian. Any resource that can be ordered here without wasting time, as well, she added.
