Javid Jumshud Agashov was born in 1966.

In 1990, he graduated from “Applied Mathematics” faculty of Baku State University. At the same 1990 year, he was accepted for employment at Automated Control Systems Department of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.

Till 1993, he taught training course on “Computer engineering and basics of computer” to graduate students and respondents.

Since 1993, he has actively participated in establishment and development of Azerbaijan Internet Hosts.

Since 2010,  he has closely participated in the creation of the AzScienceNet, corporate network infrastructure.

He currently is the chief of sector in ANAS Institute of Information Technologies.
