In 1998 she graduated from the faculty "Applied mathematics", Baku State University. Since the same year she began working for Information-Telecommunication Scientific Centre of ANAS. 

In 1998-2005 she worked as a programmer for the department providing repair and adjustment of the personal computers belonging to the institutes and organizations of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and implementing their technical capacity advancement. Since 2003 She has pedagogical activity in the Training Innovation Center and at the same time, participated in the creation of www.science.az portal. 

She carries out scientific research on "Ensuring children's safety on Internet" in the field of information security.

At present, she is a sector chief at the institute.
