Tural Imran Mustafayev was born in 1985.

In 2006 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.

In 2018, he got a master's degree in Computer Science at Khazar University.

Since 2011 he has been working at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS.

Since 2017, he has been conducting research in the field of cluster computing systems and their software.

He is currently the deputy head of "AzScienceNet" Network Management Center.
