1^st Republican scientific-practical conference "E-government construction problems" will be held within the framework of the "20th Azerbaijan International Exhibition and Conference on Telecommunications and Information Technologies" ("BakuTel 2014"), of December 4-5, 2014.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Communication and High Technology of AR, Presidium of ANAS, and the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS.

The conference topics are as follows:

Theoretical bases of e-government;

E- government building strategies;

E-government and e-governance models;

E-democracy and e-voting system;

E-government measurement and digital diversity;

E-government information security;

Promising technologies of e-government;

The legal basis of e-government establishment.

4 pages of paper (including table, figures and references) shall be submitted to egov@iit.ab.az and farhadyusifov@gmail.com in electronic form.
