On June 12, 2018, the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS will host a meeting of the Master's Defense Council. Defense of master’s degree theses on "Computer Science", "Computer Engineering" and "Information Technology and Systems Engineering" will be organized at the meeting.

Chairman of the Defense Council is academician-secretary of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliev, correspondent member of ANAS Masuma Mammadova, scientific secretary of the institute Medina Saidova  are deputy chairmen, correspondent member of ANAS Ramiz Aliguliyev, PhDs in technology Rashid Alakbarov, Zarifa Jabrayilova, Yadigar Imamverdiyev, Farhad Yusifov, Fargana Abdullayeva as well as PhDs in Mathematics  Adalat Pashayev and Elkhan Sabziyev are members.
