ITU Telecom World 2017 will be held in in Durban, South Africa on September 10-13.

ITU Telecom World is an important event and unique event for the global ICT community. The future of the world's information and communication technologies is discussed here.

The World ICT Forum, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a UN specialized ICT specialist, brings together a large audience of state and private sector representatives from different countries.

ITU Telecom's program includes an exhibition featuring smart cities, 5G, Internet, Objective Intelligence and other technologies,telecomworld.itu.int reports.

One of the most important parts of the event will be the presentation of ITU Telecom's awards. These awards are presented as a symbol of the recognition of innovations and significant achievements in the ICT.
