The Third International Conference on e-Democracy & e-Government (ICEDEG 2017) will be held in Quito, Ecuador, 19 - 21 April 2017.

The Third International Conference on e-Democracy & e-Government addresses the main issues of web-based knowledge management for society and science. It covers technical and non-technical aspects of eSociety, eGovernance, eParticipation, eDemocracy, eGovernment and eHealth, among others.

Accepted papers, case studies, and posters will be published and indexed in IEEE Xplore. The best papers will be published in the special issue of the journal “IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing”.
