Institute of Information Technology of ANAS hosts the First Republic scientific-practical conference on “Problems of E-libraries formation” to be held on April 15, 2016.  The conference is organized by the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS, Baku State University, Central Scientific Library of ANAS and Azerbaijan Library Information Consortium.

The conference covers the topics:

• E-library technology problems;
• E-library bibliometric problems;
• E-library mutual integration problems;
• Big Data problems in e-library;
• Information security problems of e-library;
• Legal framework formation of e-libraries;
• Problems of formation of the next generation of e-libraries;
• E-library management and operation problems;
• E-libraries and exchange of experience and practical achievements.

4 pages of paper (including table, figures and references) shall be submitted to elibrary2016.iit@gmail.com in an electronic form.
